With the 2022 college softball season rapidly approaching, various outlets and organizations have released their national preseason rankings. As usual, the Pac-12 is well-represented, with seven of the Conference's nine programs receiving recognition.

UCLA is a consensus top-5 team, while Washington is consensus top-10. Two polls feature Arizona in the top 10 as welland every major outlet has UA, Oregon and Arizona State in the top 25.

Stanford and Oregon State aren't too far behind, each receiving votes in at least one poll.
