UW Football Adds Eight Newcomers On National Signing Day

The Washington football program has received National Letters of Intent from four high school seniors, and signed financial aid agreements from four transfer players, coach Kalen DeBoer announced today.
 
The Huskies have added the four freshmen and four transfers on the first day of the National Letter of Intent signing period. Last December, the UW also received NLIs from four incoming freshmen. The Huskies also announced the arrival of three other transfer students at the start of the winter academic quarter in January.
 
Today's list of newcomers includes eight players at seven positions, and is also geographically diverse, with signees from five different states. 
 
The previously announced newcomers were incoming freshmen Denzel Boston (WR, South Hill, Wash.), Parker Brailsford (OL, Mesa, Ariz.), Lance Holtzclaw (EDGE, Dorchester, Mass.) and Ryan Otton (TE, Tumwater, Wash.; JC transfer Demario King (LB, Los Alamitos, Calif./Cerritos College); and four-year transfers Michael Penix, Jr. (QB, Tampa, Fla./Indiana) and Jordan Perryman (CB, Hanford, Calif./UC Davis).
