Ducks Picked Third in Pac-12 Softball Preseason Poll

EUGENE, Ore. – No. 17 Oregon was predicted to finish tied for third in the 2022 Pac-12 preseason poll released Thursday.
 
In a vote of the conference's coaches, UCLA was picked to win the league title with 63 points followed by Washington with 55 points. The Ducks and Arizona were tied for third with 45 points.
 
Arizona State got the fifth-place nod with 37 points, followed by Stanford (31), Oregon State (25), California (12) and Utah (11).
 
The Ducks finished third in the Pac-12 last season with a 14-10 record. Overall, Oregon went 40-17 with an NCAA Regional final appearance.

SCHEDULE NOTE
First pitch for Oregon's Feb. 10 season opener versus Ole Miss has been moved back 30 minutes to 5:30 p.m. The Ducks and Rebels will open the 2022 season with a neutral site game at Fullerton, Calif.
