David Puig & Cameron Sisk Named to the 2022 Ben Hogan Award Watch List

Sun Devils David Puig and Cameron Sisk are two of 30 golfers named to the prestigious 2022 Ben Hogan Award watch list. The announcement was made by the Hogan Trophy Award Foundation.
 
Sisk, who won the Maridoe Collegiate Invitational with a score of 7-under in a sudden death playoff, became the first Sun Devil to win the Ben Hogan Award Golfer of the Month of Award. Puig had recently been named the Pac-12 Golfer of the Month for January after winning the Southwestern Invitational in back-to-back years after shooting a 7-under 65 to take the honor.
 
Puig is one of six golfers to be a semifinalist from 2021 as Arizona State is one of seven schools with at least two golfers on the list which consists of 17 juniors, six juniors and six sophomores.
 
Sisk and Puig look to join Jon Rahm as the only Ben Hogan Award winner as Rahm won the honor in back-to-back years in 2015 and 2016.
 
The Ben Hogan Award presented by PNC Bank has honored the most outstanding amateur collegiate golfer at Colonial Country Club since 2002.
