SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 announced its 14th weekly honors of the 2021-22 men's basketball season as presented by Nextiva and voted on by media who cover the league.
Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week, presented by Nextiva (2/14/22)
Drew Peterson, USC
Sr., G, Libertyville, Ill.
• With leading scorer and rebounder Isaiah Mobley out to injury, Peterson averaged 19.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 4.5 blocks to lead USC to pair of victories.
• Shot 67 percent from both the field (14-21) and behind the arc (4-6), and converted 7-of-8 free throws.
• Recorded first double-double of season with career-high 27 points and 12 rebounds, along with career-best five blocks and four assists, as USC knocked off then-No. 12 UCLA, 67-64, for its fifth straight victory in the series.
• Went 9-of-13 from the field, including 4-of-5 behind the arc, and 5-of-6 at the foul line in upset of Bruins.
• Opened week with 12 points, eight assists, four blocks and three rebounds in 74-68 win over Pacific to help Trojans conclude non-conference play a perfect 11-0.
• First career weekly award for the transfer from Rice.

• Averaged 14.3 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in three-game week for Stanford.
• Shot 55 percent from the floor (18-33) and 46 percent from three-point range (5-11) over three games.
• Totaled 17 points and eight rebounds against UCLA, 10 points, four rebounds and four assists at Oregon, and 16 points, nine assists and six boards in win at Oregon State.
• Sixth Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honor of season, second-most since award's creation in 2019-20 (Evan Mobley - 7).
