Feb 15, 2022

SEATTLE – The draw is set and fifteen of the top teams in the NCAA are en route to Seattle for this weekend's ITA National Team Indoor Championships. Washington, hosting the tournament for the ninth time, will open up against the tournament's top seed, Ohio State, the No. 1-ranked team nationally, this Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the Nordstrom Tennis Center.

The tournament runs from Friday through Monday, at two locations: the Nordstrom Tennis Center and the Seattle Tennis Club. Friday through Sunday, there will be four matches per day at each site, with matches starting at both sites on all three days at 9 a.m., 12 noon, 3:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.

Every one of the top-15 teams in the current ITA national coaches poll will be in action in Seattle. After Ohio State, the rest of the top four seeds are No. 2 Baylor, No. 3 Tennessee, and No. 4 Florida.

The ITA National Team Indoor Championship is a single-elimination event, but all participating teams are guaranteed three matches. Consolation play will conclude on Sunday, and only the championships match will take place on Monday, Feb. 21, at 12 p.m.

Tickets are $10 per day at the Nordstrom Tennis Center or $25 for the full tournament. Students and children are free.
