The Cougs are in search of their first season sweep of the Beavers since 2011-12 when WSU won both regular season games and actually went 3-1 in four meetings (falling in the Pac Tournament before winning a third time in the CBI). All-time the Cougs are 79-63 in Pullman in the longest continuous running rivalry in the Pac.
The Cougs close out the regular season against Oregon Saturday on CBS. WSU is looking for revenge after a suffering a tough three-point loss to the Ducks in Eugene just a few weeks prior. In the game Michael Flowers went for 23 points and nearly single-handedly brought the Cougs back from down 9 in the last minute, hitting back-to-back threes before the game-tying attempt rattled out in the final seconds.
