BERKELEY – California men's golf's Aaron Du was named February's Pac-12 men's golfer of the month on Thursday following his first collegiate victory at the John Burns Intercollegiate.
At the Ocean Course at Hokuala, Du finished -13 (203 - a career low) and he shot a career-best 66 (-6) in the first round. In his first three tournaments this spring, the Beijing, China native has shot 28 under par with a stroke average of 68.55 during that time.
Du is Cal's first Pac-12 Golfer of the Month since Collin Morikawa won the award in April 2019.
