Weekend Recap - After traveling to Los Angeles last weekend, the Wildcats walked away with their first Pac-12 conference win against No. 15 USC. Arizona defeated the 21-time national champions 4-3 to secure their first ever victory on Trojan territory. The scheduled match against UCLA was canceled due to covid-19 protocols within the Bruin program.
ITA Ranks - The latest ITA rankings for teams and individuals were released this past Wednesday, and Arizona ranked No. 19 while ASU came in at No. 61. Four Wildcats took a spot in the ITA top 125 singles: No. 49 Gustaf Strom, No. 71 Jonas Ziverts, No. 80 Herman Hoeyeraal and No. 103 Colton Smith. Murphy Cassone sits in the No. 25 singles spot and Fabien Salle came in at No. 87.
Looking Ahead - Coming up for the Cats are another two Pac-12 conference matches that will be hosted at home. Arizona will take on No. 13 Stanford Friday, April 1 at 2:30 p.m. and then No. 27 California on Sunday, April 3 at noon.
