UW Wraps Up Second Round At PING/ASU Invitational

PHOENIX – The Washington women's golf team finished the second round of the PING/ASU Invitational in 15th place.
 
The Huskies compiled a team score of 304 during the second of three rounds at Papago Golf Club, one stroke more than their round-one total.
 
The tournament concludes on Sunday with the third and final round.
 
Freshman Jamie Hsieh had the top round for the Huskies, finishing the day with an even-par 72, thanks to one birdie, one bogey and 16 pars. After two rounds, she's tied for 37th place overall, at 3-over par.
 
Sophomore Camille Boyd, made four birdies en route to a 2-over 74. Having shot that same total on Friday, she's 4-over for the tournament, tied for 43rd.
 
The Huskies will tee off for their final round in Phoenix Sunday morning at 8:25 a.m. PT.
