No. 21 USC Women’s Tennis Kicks Off Four-Match Homestand At Marks Stadium

The No. 21 ranked USC women's tennis team returns home to begin a four-match homestand this week. The Women of Troy will face Washington State (April 1), Washington (April 2), Hawai'I (April 5) and CSUN (April 5).

In the most recent ITA team rankings (March 30), the Women of Troy fell four spots, now sitting in the No. 21 slot after two close losses to Pac-12 rivals this past weekend.
The ITA released new singles and doubles rankings on March 23 and four Trojans hold national ranks. No. 6 Eryn Cayetano, No. 41 Salma Ewing, No. 77 Snow Han and No. 78 Naomi Cheong. Cheong enters the rankings for the first time since her return to the court less than three weeks ago.
The Trojans also have two ranked duos - No. 30 Salma Ewing / Snow Han and No. 64 Eryn Cayetano/Grace Piper.

SCOUTING WASHINGTON STATE -- Friday, April 1 @ 1:30 PM PT (t-shirt giveaway) 
Washington State (6-10, 1-4 conf.) is currently unranked, but boasts one ranked singles player - #91 Michaela Bayerlova (12-1). Most recently, they suffered a 5-2 loss to Pac-12 rival Oregon while playing in Eugene.

SCOUTING WASHINGTON – Saturday, April 2 @ 12 PM PT (Alumni Day, t-shirt giveaway and free pizza) 
No. 24 Washington (13-5, 4-1 conf.) does not currently have any nationally ranked players. They will face UCLA on Friday (April 1).

SCOUTING HAWAI'I – Tuesday, April 5 @ 11 AM PT
Hawaii (8-3-3) sits at No. 75 in the ITA's latest team rankings. They are 8-3 overall and do currently have any ranked doubles or singles players. This weekend they will face UC Santa Barbara (April 1) and Cal Poly (April 3).

SCOUTING CSUN – Tuesday, April 5 @ 3 PM PT
CSUN is unranked and does not currently have any ranked singles or doubles pairings. The Matadors (6-5) will face UC Riverside on Saturday (April 2).
