The UCLA men's basketball program will compete alongside Gonzaga, Kansas, Marquette, Purdue, Syracuse, Tennessee and Chaminade from Nov. 20-22, 2023, in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational.

The Bruins will be making their seventh appearance at the eight-team tournament in 2023 at the Lahaina Civic Center in Maui, Hawaii. The tournament format includes three games for each team, with pairings and a complete bracket for the tournament to be released at a later date.

Most recently, UCLA participated in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational in Nov. 2019, during head coach Mick Cronin's first season in Westwood. Prior to that appearance, the Bruins played in the event in Nov. 2015 and Nov. 2011 and won the tournament title in Nov. 2006. UCLA's two previous trips to play in the tournament in Maui occurred in Nov. 1995 and Nov. 2001.

Teams that have participated in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational throughout the event's history own 70 of the 82 NCAA championships, and seven of those schools have gone on to win the national championship after competing in Maui earlier in the season.

All-tournament travel packages and school booster travel packages for the 2023 Maui Jim Maui Invitational will be available at a later date.
