- In singles, the 97th-ranked Giavara swept the Cardinal's 19th-ranked Connie Ma (6-1, 6-0).
- Partnered with Hannah Viller Moeller, the duo defeated Sara Choy and Alexandra Yepifanova (6-3) to clinch the doubles point.
