• Oregon State returns to Pac-12 play for a three-game Dam Change series against No. 4 UCLA this weekend at Kelly Field. The series begins on Friday at 7 p.m. PT. Games two and three will be played in the afternoon at 3 p.m. PT on Saturday and 12 p.m. PT on Sunday. All games will be available on the Pac-12 Networks with Elise Woodward on the call.

SCOUTING THE UCLA BRUINS
• The Bruins holds a 33-5 overall record with a 10-2 conference record, heading into the weekend. UCLA is hitting .323 as a team with 43 home runs and 58 doubles, averaging 6.68 runs per game.
• USA Softball 2022 College Player of the Year Top-25 Finalists Megan Faraimo and Holly Azevedo lead the Bruins in the circle. Faraimo has collected a 15-1 record with a 1.24 earned run average, leading the conference with 193 strikeouts over 118.2 innings pitched. Azevedo owns a 13-2 record and a 1.20 ERA over 75.2 innings pitched.
• The top of the UCLA lineup boasts a .451 batting average this season with runners in scoring positions. Freshman Savannah Pola leads the Pac-12 with 13 doubles this season while Briana Perez leads the offense with 43 hits and a .391 average. Perez has 298 hits in her career and leads the Bruins with 33 runs this season.
THE SERIES: OREGON STATE VS. UCLA
• UCLA leads the all-time series with Oregon State 106-15 while the Beavers are 4-20 under head coach Laura Berg. The Bruins have won nine of the last ten matchups.
• Oregon State's last win occurred back in 2017 when the Beavers took the 8-5 decision in the series finale to clinch the Pac-12 weekend. That weekend was also the last time OSU has won a series against UCLA.
BEAVERS AT A GLANCE
• The Beavers suffered their first conference series loss since the Pac-12 opening weekend at Arizona State after dropping all three games at No. 11 Washington last weekend.
• Oregon State dropped to 31-12 overall and 7-8 in conference play and sit in fifth behind ASU, UCLA, Stanford, and Washington.
• As a team, the Beavers hold a .291 batting average with 44 home runs from nine different Beavers. Oregon State averages 5.3 runs per game led by Gottlieb's 33 runs scored.
• Freshman Kiki Escobar is second in the conference with 58 hits with a .290 batting average. She has started in all 43 games and has a team-best eight doubles and nine stolen bases.
• Junior Frankie Hammoude knocked her 12th bomb of the season last weekend. She leads the team this season with her 12 home runs and 33 RBIs with a .425 batting average and .821 slugging percentage.
ON DECK:
• The Beavers hit the road one last time during the regular season, making the short trip down to Eugene for the Pac-12 series showdown at Oregon. The three-game tilt is scheduled to begin on Friday, April 29 at 6 p.m. PT, continues on Saturday, April 30 at 6 p.m. PT and concludes on Sunday, May 1 at 4 p.m. PT.
