Washington Adds Oregon Transfer Franck Kepnang

Franck Kepnang, a 6-11 transfer center from Oregon, has signed with the University of Washington men's basketball team. Kepnang, a four-star addition to the roster, averaged 4.7 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks last season.
