Barry, Fuenmayor Earn Pac-12 Honorable Mention Honors

SAN FRANCISCO – Oregon State men's golfers Carson Barry and Mateo Fuenmayor have been named All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention as the conference announced its 2021-22 honors on Wednesday,
 
Barry, from Eagle, Idaho, has played in 32 rounds this season, averaging 72.06 shots per. He's placed in the top 10 three times, posting a second-place finish at The Prestige in February. Most recently, he finished tied for 10th at the Pac-12 Championships with a 2over 286.
 
Barry's 72.06 average currently ranks 15th for a single-season at OSU, besting his 72.47 mark in 2020-21 that ranks 21st. He's also averaged 72.66 per round for his career, good for eighth at OSU.
 
Fuenmayor, meanwhile, has played in 26 rounds this season, averaging 72.73 shots per. That ranks him just outside the top 30 in the OSU record books, while his 73.34 career mark is 18th.
 
The Beaverton, Ore., native has finished eight rounds under par this season, and has finished in the top 15 three times, including a season-best tied for sixth mark at the Duck Invitational in Eugene.
