Headed To Stockton

Stanford men's golf has been selected as the No. 3 seed at the Stockton Regional, to be played May 16-18 at The Reserve at Spanos Park.
 
The 14 team, in order of seed, are: Arizona State, Washington, Stanford, LSU, Oregon, Nevada, Liberty, Brigham Young, UAB, Houston, UC Davis, Denver, Abilene Christian and Weber State
 
The five individuals are: Caden Fioroni (UNLV), Jackson Rivera (USC), Tyler Schafer (Long Beach State), Nathan Cogswell (Seattle) and Nate Deziel (North Dakota State)
 
In all, 81 teams and 45 individuals will play three rounds (May 16-18) at six regional sites. The low five teams and low individual not a member of an advancing team at each site qualify for the NCAA Championships, May 27-June 1 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
 
Stanford is coming off a runner-up finish at the Pac-12 Championships just one week ago. In 10 team events this season, the Cardinal has one win (Colonial Collegiate Invitational), two more second-place finishes and six, top-five finishes.
 
Stanford claimed NCAA Regional crowns in 1996, 2010, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2019. The program owns nine NCAA titles all-time.
