Fery Named All-American
TEMPE, Ariz. – After an outstanding campaign on The Farm, sophomore Arthur Fery has been named an All-American in singles by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Fery earns his first-career All-America honor after going 24-8 in singles and 26-10 in doubles on the season. An All-Pac-12 first tem member, the Wimbledon, United Kingdom native became Stanford's first No. 1 ranked singles player in the country since Bob Bryan and was also ranked as high as No. 6 nationally in doubles this season.
Playing the entirety of the season in the top singles position, Fery ended the campaign with 12 wins over ranked opponents in singles and five against ranked doubles pairs. He reached the championship match at the ITA Fall National Championships in both singles and doubles after winning the ITA Northwest Super Regionals in both divisions.
Fery helped lead Stanford to a 19-6 overall record and a berth to the NCAA Super regionals.
