The redshirt senior was an integral piece in helping the Sun Devil Men's Swim team to its best finish at the NCAA Championships in 40 years, collecting CSCAA All-American status in the 200 free, 400 free relay, 800 free relay, 200 free relay and 200 medley relay.

He also set new program records this season in the 100 free, 200 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay, 800 free relay and 200 medley relay.

In early March at the Pac-12 Championships, House became a conference champion for the first time in his career by winning the 200 free. The fourth individual Men's conference champion of the Bob Bowman era, he guided the Sun Devils to a third-place finish for their best showing at the conference championships in 27 years.

A Second Team selection in 2019, House is the third CoSIDA All-American First Team member in Sun Devil Men's Swim program history, joining Richard Tapper (1992) and Jeffrey Whitham (1987).
