2022 #Pac12FCG returns to Las Vegas on Friday, Dec. 2, featuring the two best teams from the Conference for the first time

LOS ANGELES – The 2022 Pac-12 Football Championship Game, presented by 76®, returns to Las Vegas, the Official Host Destination of the champ game, and Allegiant Stadium on Friday, Dec. 2. Tickets for Pac-12 football’s top showcase went on sale to the general public during the Conference's season-kickoff media day and are now available at Pac-12.com/tickets.
 
The #Pac12FCG debut in Las Vegas last season began with roaring success, highlighted by a record-setting attendance of 56,511, the highest capacity rate (92%) in the event’s neutral-site history. This year’s event will feature the two teams with the highest conference winning percentage for the first time, an announced change by the Pac-12 following a NCAA Division I Council decision in May 2022.

State-of-the-Art Facility with Allegiant Stadium in Entertainment Capital of the World
Home of the Raiders, the 1.75-million-square-foot Allegiant Stadium is set to again provide the most state-of-the-art facilities for the Pac-12 title game, as well as a complete offering of surrounding entertainment options for fans in the entertainment capital of the world. Since the Pac-12’s move of its men’s and women’s basketball tournaments to Las Vegas and now its Pac-12 football title game, the events have drawn sensational crowds and set multiple attendance records.
 
2022 Pac-12 Football Season
All across the Pac-12, teams enter the 2022 campaign well positioned for strong seasons, highlighted by a return of top talent with 18 players on last year’s All-Pac-12 first and second teams, including eight first team selections, to go along with an influx of new elite talent as Pac-12 programs attracted a total of 40 players from other Power 5 conferences, including at least one Power 5 player going to each Pac-12 university and the reigning Biletnikoff Award winner.
 
Several of these stars were are in attendance at 2022 Pac-12 Football Media Day where tickets for the league’s title game were announced on-sale, including quarterbacks Tanner McKee (Stanford), Cameron Rising (Utah) and Caleb Williams (USC), offensive linemen Alex Forsyth (Oregon), LaDarius Henderson (Arizona State) and Jaxson Kirkland (Washington), receiver Jacob Cowing (Arizona) and defensive standouts Kyu Blu Kelly (Stanford), Clark Phillips III (Utah), Daniel Scott (California) and Ron Stone Jr. (Washington State).
 

The 2022 Pac-12 football season kicks off on Thursday, Sept. 1 with an in-state matchup between Northern Arizona and Arizona State at 7:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network.
