BEAVS LOOK TO REBOUND IN HOUSTON
Oregon State heads south looking for its first win. The Beavs showcased fight in losses to Long Beach State and Portland State, but couldn't pull off the win in either match. The Beavs won the first set against PSU and looked set to take a four-set win against LBSU before dropping both matches.

RETURNING PRODUCTION
Three Beavers return to Corvallis after starting at least half of the team's matches in 2021: Izzy Szulczewski (30 starts), DiLara Unal (21) and Kateryna Tkachenko (18). In total, eight Beavs return after playing in at least 15  matches last season

DIG DEEP
In 2021, the Beavers finished fourth in the Pac-12 with 14.20 digs per set, led by then-senior Grace Massey (4.40 d/set). With Massey lost to graduation, OSU will look towards Ryan White (1.65 d/set), Emma Villaluz (1.19 d/set) and multiple incoming freshmen to replace her defensive production
