CORVALLIS – The No. 10 Oregon State men's soccer team dominated the possession and the scoring chances, but Seton Hall was able to take a 1-0 victory Friday evening at Paul Lorenz Field.
The Beavers out-shot the Pirates 15-6, and held a 12-1 advantage on corner kicks, but a second-half Seton Hall goal against the run of play decided the contest.

Lund headed the ball just outside the post again in the 43rd minute, and the teams went to the break scoreless.
Thiam again came close to breaking the deadlock early in the second half, but his shot was cleared off the line by a Pirate defender. Seton Hall scored in the 59th minute against the run of play.
Adria Capdevila nearly had the equalizer, as he curled a low shot just wide of the target.
Oregon State pressed forward late, creating a number of chances in the closing minutes, but was unable to get on the scoresheet.
