Softball Announces Fall Schedule

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon softball program announced a seven-game fall exhibition schedule on Monday.
Oregon will open fall ball with a doubleheader versus Corban Oct. 9 at 11 a.m.
The next week, the Ducks will play two games on Oct. 15 – College of the Siskiyous (1:30 p.m.) and Oregon Tech (4 p.m.). COS and OIT will play a neutral-site game at 11 a.m.
Oregon's only weeknight contest in the fall will come on Oct. 18, a Tuesday, versus Western Oregon at 5:30 p.m.
The fall season concludes Oct. 23 with games against Southern Oregon (11 a.m.) and Mt. Hood (4 p.m.). SOU and Mt. Hood will play a neutral-site game at 1:30 p.m.
The team will also have a theme for each home date in the fall season. Oct. 9 will be a toy drive, while Oct. 15 will be a sock drive. The Oct. 18 game will be themed "4 Spence" as a tribute to Spencer Webb, a UO football player who passed away tragically this summer. Oct. 23 will be both Oregon's pink game and a coat drive.
All games will be played at Jane Sanders Stadium and are free and open to the public.
Oregon returns 15 letterwinners and eight starters from the 2022 team that went 33-19 and advanced to the NCAA Regional final, including All-Pac-12 players Allee Bunker (2B), Hanna Delgado (OF), Stevie Hansen (P) and Terra McGowan (C), and All-Pac-12 freshmen Paige Sinicki (SS) and Allison Benning (P/DP).

The Ducks have also added transfers Morgan Scott (P, UNC Greensboro), Kyla Morris (OF, Duke) and Happy Valley, Ore., native Alyssa Daniell (INF, Loyola Marymount) as well as freshman Remmington Hewitt (UT) from Pleasant Grove, Calif., for the 2023 season.
