Bruins in the NFL: Week 5

Twenty Bruins saw action during Week 5 of the NFL season, with Joshua Kelley and Marcedes Lewis each scoring his first 2022 touchdown. Anthony Barr and Osa Odighizuwa also had big games for Dallas in their returns to Los Angeles, while Darnay Holmes and Fabian Moreau helped the Giants pick up a win in London.

Anthony Barr, LB, Dallas Cowboys – Barr totaled six tackles in his 2022 return to Los Angeles, a 22-10 win against the defending champion Rams.
Kenny Clark, NT, Green Bay Packers – Starter Clark registered three total tackles versus the Giants in London.
Matt Dickerson, DE, Atlanta Falcons – Dickerson made two total tackles, one an assist on a loss of four yards.
Ka'imi Fairbairn, K, Houston Texans – For the second time in his career, Fairbairn made two field goals of 50 yards or more (50, 51) in the same game. He did not miss on the day, adding a converted extra point. Fairbairn also handled kickoff duties, posting one touchback in a win at Jacksonville.
Darnay Holmes, CB, New York Giants – Holmes logged three total tackles and a pass defensed in a victory against Green Bay in London.
Myles Jack, LB, Pittsburgh Steelers – Jack accounted for a team-high six total tackles in a starting role.
Joshua Kelley, RB, Los Angeles Chargers – In a narrow win at Cleveland, Kelley carried the ball 10 times for 49 yards – including a long run of 16 yards – and a touchdown. He also made two catches for 33 yards, with a long of 22.
Eric Kendricks, LB, Minnesota Vikings – Starter Kendricks made seven total tackles, including one for negative yardage, in a win against NFC North rival Chicago.
Marcedes Lewis, TE, Green Bay Packers – Starter Lewis caught a two-yard touchdown in London.
Takkarist McKinley, DE, Los Angeles Rams – McKinley made his first tackle as a member of the Rams.
Fabian Moreau, CB, New York Giants – A starter in the defensive backfield, Moreau was also an active member of the special teams unit in London. He finished with one tackle and one pass defensed in their win versus Green Bay.
Osa Odighizuwa, DT, Dallas Cowboys – Starter Odighizuwa was back in Los Angeles and a frequent visitor to the Rams' offensive backfield, piling up two total tackles, one sack for a loss of four yards, two total tackles for loss and four quarterback hurries.
Kyle Philips, WR, Tennessee Titans – Philips caught a pass for seven yards in a win at Washington.
Kenny Young, ILB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Young assisted on a special teams tackle to help dispatch Atlanta.
• OL Jake Brendel (San Francisco 49ers), C Andre James (Las Vegas Raiders), OT Conor McDermott (New York Jets), T Kolton Miller (Las Vegas Raiders), OL Scott Quessenberry (Houston Texans) and WR Matthew Slater (New England Patriots) also played, but did not record any statistics.
