UW Moves Up Two Places During Second Round At Pac-12 Preview
KAILUA-KONA, Hawai'i – The Washington womens' golf team moved up two spots on the team leaderboard during the second round of the Pac-12 Preview, finishing the day in 10th.
The Huskies will play the third and final round at Nanea Golf Club on Wednesday, teeing off at 10:30 a.m. PT/7:30 am. HT.
Washington posted the fifth-lowest team score of the round, taking four strokes off of Monday's total with an 11-over 303. After two rounds, the Huskies' total is 610.
Brittany Kwon had the low round among the UW five on Tuesday, carding an even-par 73, highlighted by four birdies. After two rounds, she's tied for 33rd at 5-over par.
Camille Boyd's 2-over 75 on Tuesday has her tied for 36th place, at 7-over for the week. Boyd is tied on the individual leaderboard with freshman Carmen Lim, who scored a 4-under 77 on Tuesday.
Stefanie Deng and Winnie Ng both finished the second round in a tie for 44th, at 9-over. On Wednesday, Ng carded a 5-over 78, while Deng finished with a 79.
Wednesday, the entire field will tee off in a shotgun start. The third round will mark the completion of the fall season for the Huskies, who will get started again next February.
