Ducks Up To No. 6 In CFP Rankings

EUGENE, Ore. — The Oregon football team moved up two spots to No. 6 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings revealed Tuesday evening on ESPN.
 
The Ducks (8-1, 6-0 Pac-12) are the lone remaining unbeaten team in Pac-12 play with three regular season games remaining. Oregon remains the highest ranked Pac-12 team and is one of five teams from the conference in this week's CFP rankings, along with No. 8 USC, No. 12 UCLA, No. 13 Utah and No. 25 Washington.
 
Oregon is the second-highest ranked one-loss team, behind only No. 5 Tennessee.
 
This is Oregon's 17th time in the top 10 of the CFP rankings, and 28th time in the top 25. The Ducks were one of four schools to play in the inaugural College Football Playoff in 2014.
 
The Ducks return home to Autzen Stadium this week to host No. 25 Washington on Saturday (4 p.m. PT, FOX), with a showdown against No. 13 Utah set for Nov. 19 in Eugene.
