Minnesota starting defensive tackle Harrison Phillips had two tackles, a QB hit, six QB hurries, and an 87.0 defensive grade from Pro Football Focus in the Vikings' epic 33-30 overtime victory at Buffalo. His seven quarterback pressures was a career high.

After the Vikings were stopped on downs at the Buffalo 1-yard line in the final minute of regulation, Phillips led a surge at the line of scrimmage when Bills' QB Josh Allen tried a sneak up the middle to give them more room. Allen fumbled and the Vikings' recovered in the end zone for a miraculous go-ahead touchdown with 39 seconds left.

Washington defender Casey Toohill scored his first career touchdown, picking up a wayward lateral on the final play of the game in the Commanders' 32-21 victory at previously undefeated Philadelphia on Monday night.

San Francisco starting running back Christian McCaffrey had 14 carries for 38 and caught four passes for 39 yards in the 49ers' 22-16 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Chargers. McCaffrey's two-yard scoring run with 7:54 left in the game put the 49ers ahead, 19-16. Offensive tackle Foster Sarell made his first career start and played every offensive snap for the Chargers. Sarell is Stanford's fifth former offensive lineman to earn an NFL start this season.

Indianapolis starting inside linebacker Bobby Okereke had nine tackles and a pass breakup in the Colts' 25-20 victory at Las Vegas. With the Raiders on the Colts' 16-yard line, Okereke prevented a go-ahead touchdown by slapping a pass out of the hands of Las Vegas tight end Foster Moreau in the end zone with 52 seconds left.

Tennessee tight end Austin Hooper had five catches for 41 yards in the Titans' 17-10 victory over visiting Denver, extending the Titans' winning streak to four.

Houston starting quarterback Davis Mills completed 22 of 37 passes for 319 yards and a touchdown in the Texans' 24-16 loss at the New York Giants. Texans' defensive tackle Thomas Booker had two solo tackles and a tackle for loss.

Dallas starting tight end Dalton Schultz had six catches for 54 yards and scored a touchdown in the Cowboys' 31-28 loss at Green Bay.

Kansas City starting safety Justin Reid had seven tackles in the Chiefs' 27-17 victory over visiting Jacksonville. Offensive tackle Walker Little played five special teams snaps for the Jaguars.

Arizona starting tight end Zach Ertz injured his knee on his only catch, for 12 yards, in the Cardinals' 27-17 victory at the Los Angeles Rams. Ertz has been said to be out for the season, but is reportedly seeking a second medical opinion.

New Orleans starting cornerback Paulson Adebo had six solo tackles in the Saints' 20-10 loss at Pittsburgh. 

Atlanta starting center Drew Dalman played every offensive snap in the Falcons' 25-15 loss at Carolina. 

Seattle tight end Colby Parkinson had one catch for seven yards in the Seahawks' 21-16 loss to Tampa Bay in Munich, Germany.

Las Vegas linebacker Blake Martinez announced his retirement. Prior to a season-ending knee injury in 2021, Martinez led the NFL in tackles from 2017-20 with 594.

New England punter Jake Bailey, New York Jets offensive guard Nate Herbig and defensive tackle Solomon Thomas, and Cincinnati safety Michael Thomas had byes. Denver offensive tackle Cameron Fleming, New Orleans offensive guard Andrus Peat, and San Francisco inside linebacker Curtis Robinson were inactive. 

Atlanta tight end Tucker Fisk and Cincinnati receiver Trenton Irwin were on practice squads. Carolina defensive end Henry Anderson, Dallas wide receive Simi Fehoko, and New England running back Ty Montgomery were on injured reserve.
