MVB to Host Fall Invitational on Fri.-Sat.

The UCLA men's volleyball squad will host teams from USC, UC Santa Barbara and CSUN this weekend in the annual SAC Fall Invitational. Matches will be held on Friday at 4:30 and 7 p.m. and will continue all day on Saturday starting at 9 a.m. The Bruins will field "A" and "B" teams which will open up against CSUN "A" and UCSB "A", respectively, on Friday night at 4:30 p.m. and then come back on Saturday at 9 am with UCLA "A" to face UC Santa Barbara "A". UCLA "B" squares off with USC "A" at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday and then UCLA "A" closes out the tournament with a 2 p.m. contest against CSUN "B".

All matches will be held in the Student Activities Center (SAC) Gym on campus and will be best three-out-of five sets. There is limited courtside seating available and admission is free.  Fans should use the main entrance of the Student Activities Center located on the north end of the building which faces Wilson Plaza. 

UCLA opens up the regular season on Jan. 5 against CSUN in the UC Santa Barbara Tournament/
