10-strikeout outing from Stromsborg propels USC over Washington State 13-3
LOS ANGELES, CA --Junior Tyler Stromsborg was mowing people down on Friday, striking out 10 Washington State hitters over seven innings of work to help lead the USC Trojans over the Cougars 13-3.
In addition to his 10 strikeouts, Stromsborg (2-1) went seven innings, giving up two runs, both of them earned, on four hits and walking one for USC (12-8-1, 5-2).
