STANFORD, Calif. – For the second straight night, No. 9 Stanford defeated Concordia in straight sets (25-21, 25-16, 25-20), in Maples Pavilion.

As a team, Stanford (11-10, 4-4 MPSF) hit .304, while holding Concordia (7-15, 1-7 MPSF) to a .167 clip. The Cardinal racked up 9.0 blocks, 32 digs and four aces.

Senior outside hitter Kevin Lamp and freshman opposite Theo Snoey each tallied 10 kills to lead the offense. Lamp hit .389 and added three digs and an ace, while Snoey finished with six digs and registered a career-high five blocks.
 

Setter Nathan Lietzke controlled the offense with 32 assists to go with five digs, a kill and a solo block. Libero Justin Lui anchored the defense with a team-high nine digs and finished with four assists.

Middle blocker Nathaniel Gates had a match-high six blocks, including a career-best three solo, to go with four kills on .300 hitting. Redshirt junior middle blocker Ethan Hill hit .500 with three kills on six errorless swings to go with a block and a dig.

Junior Luke Turner made his second consecutive start at outside hitter, totaling two kills and two digs in two sets played. Outside hitter Will Rottman had five kills and an ace in one set played, while Alex Rottman added four kills on .400 hitting, an ace and a career-high four digs.  
 

Freshman Ryan DuRoss came off the bench to serve in the second and third sets, registering his first career ace.
 

Concordia was led by Gage Doble for the second consecutive night as the outside hitter had a team-high 10 kills and two blocks. Libero Jacob Reilly collected a match-high 11 digs for the Golden Eagles.

Stanford remains on The Farm next week, playing host to No. 5 Grand Canyon on Friday and Saturday in Maples Pavilion.
