All six of Wednesday's duals went according to seed with No. 1 UCLA, No. 2 USC, No. 3 CALIFORNIA and the fourth-seeded Cardinal advancing into the winners bracket while No. 5 WASHINGTON and No. 6 ARIZONA STATE will have a chance to stay alive through the contenders bracket. Arizona later eliminated No. 9 seed OREGON via a 3-0 sweep, leaving the top-eight seeds alive for Thursday.
Action resumes Thursday with No. 2 USC and No. 3 CALIFORNIA fighting to stay in the winners bracket at 8:30 a.m. PT, followed by another quarterfinal matchup between UCLA and Stanford at 10:15 a.m PT.
