J.T. Higgins Resigns As USC Men’s Golf Head Coach

Jun 7, 2023

J.T. Higgins, head coach of the USC men's golf team for the past three seasons, has resigned from his position.

Higgins began his time as head coach on Aug. 14, 2020. He came to USC after serving as head coach at Texas A&M (2002-2020) and New Mexico (1998-2001). Before that, he was the assistant coach at UNLV for six seasons.

This season, the men's golf team finished 10th at the Pac-12 Championships in May at Stanford and had two individuals qualify for the NCAA Regionals in Morgan Hill, Calif.

A national search for Higgins' replacement will begin immediately.
