FEDERAL WAY, Wash.
Day one of the 2024 Pac-12 Womens Swimming and Mens & Womens Diving Championships kicked off on Wednesday with the mens 1-meter dive and a pair of women's relays to cap the evening.
STANFORD junior
Jack Ryan
opened up the Diving Championship with a men's 1-Meter title, earning the Cardinal their first set of points.
For the second year in a row, the CALIFORNIA Golden Bears took home the first win of the Women's Championship with a first-place finish in the 200 Medley Relay.
Despite swimming a third-place time in the 200 Medley relay, a DQ eliminated Stanford's top-3 time but the Cardinal went on to take first in the 800 Freestyle Relay to collect their first points.

Mens 1-Meter:

STANFORD junior
Jack Ryan
picked up his first-ever Pac-12 Championship title with a final score of 434.35, over 40 points ahead of the runner-up competitor.

After finishing runner-up for the past two Championships, the junior became the highest scoring Stanford winner since 1995 (James Edwards, 494.25).

Earned the second highest diving score amongst NCAA DI divers this season and his personal best in a 6-dive competition.

Scoring a 396.25 in his third Pac-12 Championships was USCs

For the second consecutive season, the CALIFORNIA Bears took home first in the 200 Medley with

With the third fastest time in the country this season, the Lady Bears set a new Pac-12 Championship record, breaking one that was previously held by a quad of Cal Bears since 2018 (1:34.13).
