Arizona State stuns USC, by scoring with 19 seconds left in the game
ASU's remarkable game-winner against USC Sunday was about as close to a buzzer-beater in a soccer match as you're going to get...and what's better than a buzzer-beater? An otherwise uneventful women's soccer match between the Sun Devils and Trojans turned into a thriller in the final seconds Sunday in Tempe as ASU forward Devin Marshall stunned USC with the game-winning goal with 19 seconds left in regulation. With the time ticking down, fellow forward Sara Tosti lofted a perfectly weighted ball over the head of a USC defender and right into the path of Marshall who tapped it past the oncoming goalkeeper to seal the victory.
