UW Schedule Features Nine Teams That Competed In Post-Season

Fresh off the program's first trip to the College World Series in 2018, the Washington Huskies will have to navigate a challenging schedule, chock-full of high-level opponents in 2019. The Huskies will play 16 games against nine different teams that participated in the 2018 NCAA post-season.

Huskies Sign Nine For 2019-20

Washington Coach Lindsay Meggs announced that nine players have signed their NCAA letters of intent and will join the Huskies for the 2020 season. The class projects to be comprised of three pitchers, three outfielders, two infielders and a catcher and includes five players from California, three from Washington and one from Oregon.

Fall Ball Comes To A Close For Huskies

Fall ball came to a close for Washington on Tuesday at Husky Ballpark with the third game of the Purple and Gold World Series. The Purple squad won for the third time, this time downing the Gold team, 4-1.

Top Of Order Leads Way In 8-2 Win For Purple

SEATTLE - The top of the Purple squad's order -- Mason Cerrillo, Joe Wainhouse and Nick Kahle -- led their team to an 8-2 victory over the Gold team on Monday at Husky Ballpark. The win clinched the Purple and Gold World Series for the Purple team after they beat Gold, 4-1, on Saturday.

Purple and Gold World Series Starts Saturday

The Husky Baseball team concludes a productive fall baseball season with the Purple and Gold World Series, starting Saturday at Husky Ballpark. The best-of-three game series will be played Saturday (2:00 p.m.), Monday (3:30 p.m.) and Tuesday (3:30 p.m.), depending on weather, and is free for fans interested in attending the games
