Pac-12 Men's Water Polo National Championships

A Pac-12 institution has captured the NCAA men’s water polo title every year since 1998 and claimed the crown in all but five years since the championship was first contested in 1969. California, Stanford, UCLA and USC, which continue to compete as members of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF), are the winningest programs in NCAA men’s water polo history.
