#22 Cross Country Captures Second At CSI Invite

The 22 ranked Utah cross country team competed at the CSI (College of Southern Idaho) Invitational Friday evening capturing a second-place finish as a team while junior Trina Moreno led the Utes finishing in third-place. Overall, the Utes had 13 runners competing with eight of them finishing inside the top-15. 
 

Cross Country Set to Compete at CSI Invite

A short turnaround for the 22 University of Utah cross country team as they will make the trip up to Twin Falls, Idaho, to compete at the CSI (College of Southern Idaho) Invitational. The meet will take place on Friday, Sept. 6, at the Canyon Springs Golf Course and is slated to begin at 4:00 p.m. (MDT) with the women's 5k race. 

Utah Cross Country Opens 2019 Season at UVU Invite

With the calendar turning to August and classes beginning to start, the Utah cross country team is ready to get the 2019 campaign underway and build off of the solid season they had a year ago. Ending the 2018 season in disappointing fashion, the Utes will look to their experienced runners and upperclassman to lead them back to posting high finishes at the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Mountain Regionals.

Cross Country Team Reports to Camp This Week

The Utah women's cross country team reported to campus for preseason camp this week. The Utes officially opened camp on Monday with a few team meetings, but the team will look to get things going on Tuesday as the team heads down to Herber City, Utah, to participate in their annual altitude camp training.

Cross Country Releases 2019 Schedule

The University of Utah women's cross country team released its 2019 schedule, head coach Kyle Kepler announced on Wednesday. Utah's 2019 schedule is highlighted by one home meet, a pair of in-state meets, a trip to Notre Dame, while also hosting the 2019 NCAA Mountain Regional Championships.
