Oregon's Darren Carrington makes remarkable catch against Colorado

Nov 22, 2014

Oregon receiver Darren Carrington had one of the best catches of the day in a Pac-12 Networks televised game against Colorado. Facing a 3rd-and-5 on Colorado's 38-yard line, Ducks quarterback Marcus Mariota threw it up for Carrington and allowed him to make one of #12best plays of the day.

After originally being unable to corral the ball on his first attempt, Carrington was alert enough to grab the ball after it bounced perfectly off CU defensive back Kenneth Crawley and into his lap. The penalty on the play was ruled against Colorado, so the result was a 29-yard reception and one of the most outstanding catches of the season as the Ducks went on to win 44-10.
