With an impressive first two weeks in the books, the 11 Washington GymDawgs host their first home meet of the 2019 season this Saturday, competing against 19 Oregon State. Washington is on the cusp of the nation's top ten after an excellent showing at Arizona last weekend, including four individual scores of 9.900 or better in the 196.525-195.650 win.
CORVALLIS, Ore. – No. 21 Oregon State showed improvement in the second meet of the season against No. 4 Utah, Saturday afternoon at Gill Coliseum. The Beavers fell short on the scoreboard but tallied a season-high score, 195.450, in the process.
The Washington GymDawgs shined bright in the desert, earning a win over Pac-12 opponent Arizona 196.525-195.650. Washington went over a team score of 49.000 on two different events, including a score of 49.400 on beam that was the team's highest since putting up a score of 49.475 on March 9 of last season.
