LOS ANGELES – The USC baseball team hosted its first of two fall dates on Sunday, playing to a win and tie in a pair of seven-inning contests against San Diego State.

Oregon pitchers combined for 14 strikeouts while holding Langley to just two hits in an 11-0 win.

LOS ANGELES – The USC baseball team will host the first of its two fall games this Sunday at Dedeaux Field, when San Diego State comes to town for a 1 p.m. game.

Oregon will play Portland on Friday at 5 p.m. at PK Park before hosting the Langley Blaze Saturday at 1 p.m.

Oregon topped the alumni, 18-2, in the annual Alumni Game Friday as a group of 31 former Ducks led by Jimmie Sherfy, David Peterson and three others who played professionally this season.
