Pac-12 Networks' Rich Burk and Bill Rowe breakdown the action from Oregon State baseball's 5-4 comeback victory over visiting USC on Friday afternoon in Corvallis. Held hitless and trailing 4-0 through five innings, the Beavers came alive in the late innings and took advantage of a few Trojans mistakes to earn the comeback win. Troy Clauch started the comeback in the sixth-inning with a two-run double in the sixth inning. It was one of just two hits for Oregon State who capitalized on Trojan errors to take the lead in the 8th. USC pitchers Isaac Esqueda and Quentin Longrie got the short end of the stick as neither allowed an earned run in the Trojans loss.
