Huskies Ready To Defend Pac-12 Championships

Washington men's and women's rowing teams open the 2019 postseason at Lake Natoma in Gold River, Calif., where the Huskies will seek to defend their back-to-back titles at the Pac-12 Championships this Sunday, May 19.

No. 2 UW Wins All Four Races Vs. Oregon State

The No. 2-ranked Washington men's rowing team finished its weekend trip to Redwood Shores with four victories in four races vs. No. 18 Oregon State on Sunday. After going 7-for-7 vs. No. 6 Northeastern and No. 13 Stanford on Saturday, the Huskies finished the regatta with 11 wins in 11 races.

117th IRA National Championship Field Announced

The Intercollegiate Rowing Association announced the field for its championship regatta today. Washington, which was seeded No. 2 in the varsity eight, will send first, second and third varsity eights, as well as a varsity four, back to Lake Natoma to compete in the 117th annual IRA championship regatta May 31-June 2.
