Lopez joins the Pac-12 Networks as a baseball analyst following a 38-year coaching career. Lopez served as the head coach at Cal State Dominguez Hills, Pepperdine and Florida before taking over the University of Arizonas program. During his 14 seasons at Arizona, the Wildcats made eight NCAA Tournament appearances, advancing to the College World Series twice. In 2012, Arizona defeated defending champion South Carolina in consecutive games to win the national championship. Lopez is only one of two coaches in history to win a national title at two different schools (Pepperdine and Arizona). He is also one of three coaches to take three different schools (Arizona, Florida and Pepperdine) to Omaha.
Marbut joins Pac-12 Networks as a baseball analyst. Marbut coached 11 seasons leading the Cougars, where he compiled a 314-304 record, the third-most wins in program history behind Bobo Brayton and Buck Bailey. During his career, Marbut led the Cougars to 314 wins and two postseason appearances, those coming in 2009 and 2010. In 2010 WSU reached the Arkansas Regional title game before falling to the host and No. 15 Razorbacks. In addition, he coached 37 student-athletes at WSU who have been selected in the MLB Draft. Marbut joined the Cougar coaching staff as an assistant in 2004, helping guide the team to a 29-26 record, WSUs first winning campaign since 1998. One year later, he was named head coach by then-athletic director Jim Sterk.
Former Arizona Wildcat Clements brings a diverse and extensive career in baseball to the Pac-12 Networks. Clements had an impressive career at Arizona, which culminated in a national championship. Clements played in two back-to-back College World Series campaigns, and was also an All-American and Academic All-American both years at Arizona. A member of the University of Arizonas Hall of fame, Clements was drafted in the sixth round of the MLB Draft out of college by the Houston Astros. He played, coached and managed in several farm systems. He served as a baseball analyst at ESPN before joining The Beast 980 in Los Angeles. He currently hosts the Myers and Wes Show.
