14 Pac-12 student-athletes headed to 2026 NCAA Wrestling Championships

The Pac-12 Conference will be well represented at the 2026 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Cleveland, with 14 student-athletes taking part in this year’s event from March 19-21.  2026 Pac-12 team champion OREGON STATE leads the conference with six wrestlers headed to the NCAA Championships.  The Beavers’ lineup includes four individual champions from last week’s conference championships:  Gabe Whisenhunt (133), Nash Singleton (141), Matthew Olguin (165) and Daschle Lamer (174).  Maximo Renteria, the 2025 Pac-12 champion who reached the finals again this year, is the #9 seed at 125.

Two other schools will send four representatives each.  LITTLE ROCK will be represented by three 2026 Pac-12 champs including the Pac-12 Championships’ Wrestler of the Meet Stephen Little (197) along with Brock Herman (149) and Jaivon Jones (157).  Little is the highest seeded Pac-12 wrestler in this tournament at #3 in his weight class.  Matty Bianchi, the #8 seed at 165, is the conference’s only at-large berth.  CAL POLY is also sending three 2026 conference champions in Koda Holeman (125), Ceasar Garza (184) and Trevor Tinker (285).   

First- and second-round championship matches begin on Thursday, March 19 with the National championships held on Saturday, March 21. Additional championship meet information can be found here.
