By: Pac-12 Conference
The Pac-12 Conference today reported its financial results for the fiscal year 2024-25 (FY25), the first year of a two-year NCAA grace period during which Oregon State and Washington State operated as the league’s active members.
For FY25, the Pac-12 reported total revenues of $112M for FY25 and total distributions to members of $58M.
The 2024-25 fiscal year also marked the first year of operation for Pac-12 Enterprises. In addition to serving as the conference’s broadcast production arm and servicing broadcast productions for Oregon State and Washington State as current members, the entity expanded its operations in FY25 as a business-to-business broadcast production and technology solutions provider to external clients while also later playing a central role in shaping the new Pac-12’s future media partnerships with CBS Sports, USA Sports and The CW. In its first year servicing external clients, Pac-12 Enterprises reported total revenues of $4.4M.
Financial results for all Pac-12 operations, including Pac-12 Enterprises, are reflected on a consolidated basis in the summary below.
FY25 is the first of two build-up years ahead of the Pac-12’s launch as a new conference beginning with the 2026-27 season, when Oregon State and Washington State will be joined by seven incoming full members including Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Gonzaga, San Diego State, Texas State and Utah State.
