The Pac-12 today announced its Players of the Week for Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer and Volleyball, highlighting several key performances from the week that was.

WOMEN'S SOCCER


Offensive Player and Newcomer of the Week: MF/F Campbell Wilson, Boise State (Scored two goals for four points against Northern Colorado in a 3-0 win, which marked seventh and eighth goals of her career and it was her third brace of the season)

Defensive Player of the Week: GK Ava de Leest, Boise State (Recorded one save in the shutout over Northern Colorado, her sixth shutout of the season and 12th of her career. Her six shutouts rank sixth in program history for a single season. She also holds the most clean sheets in the Pac-12)

Defensive Player of the Week: GK Mathew Guerra, Cal Poly (Made a career-high six saves in Cal Poly’s 2-1 win over UC Santa Barbara (RV) in front of a sellout crowd of 11,075 fans)

Newcomer of the Week: F Devin Bening, Cal Poly (Scored 87th-minute game-winning goal in Cal Poly’s 2-1 win against UC Santa Barbara (RV) in front of the nation’s largest men’s crowd this season. The offseason transfer from Division III Occidental, now co-leads Cal Poly and ranks fourth among Pac-12 players with three goals)

Offensive Player of the Week: OH/OPP Claire Wagstaff, Gonzaga (48.5 points (6.06 per Set); 40 Kills (5 per set) on .224 hitting percentage, 3 aces, 1 solo block + 9 block assists and averaged just over 6 points per set on the weekend, racking up 40 kills in just 8 sets with an average of exactly 5 kills per set. She had 22 kills against Boise State and another 18 kills against Utah State. Wagstaff also added 3 aces and another 5.5 points via blocks.)

Defensive Player of the Week: MB Kendall Hastings, Boise State (Recorded a career-high 10 blocks and led the team in blocks against Gonzaga, added 14.5 points and a .211 hitting percentage against Gonzaga, ranked No. 3 in the conference in blocks with 68 total and an average of 1.39 blocks per set, Ranked No. 9 in the conference with a .304 hitting percentage and helped Boise State win its Pac-12 opener against Gonzaga 3-1) 

Setter of the Week: S Jackie Matias, Oregon State (Played in all five sets of the Beavers’ win over Washington State, became the first Beaver since 2013 to record more than 60 assists, finishing the match with 68 on an average of 13.6 per set, had 16 assists in the final set alone, which finished 29-27 in favor of OSU, also contributed nine digs, one solo block, one ace and a kill and is now up to 418 assists and an average of 10.20 per set, both of which rank second-best in the Pac-12)
