Fresno, Calif. – Oregon State senior 184-pounder Taylor Meeks and freshman 125-pounder Ronnie Bresser each won their weight classes on Sunday at the Roadrunner Open tournament at Selland Arena.
It was the second consecutive tournament title for the duo, who also won their respective weight classes at the Mike Clock Open in Forest Grove on Nov. 9. No team scores were kept.
Joey Palmer (133) and Cody Crawford (197) placed second; Alex Elder (157) and Corey Griego (184) were third. Joe Latham (174) and Nate Keeve (heavyweight) placed fourth.
The Beavers return to action on Nov. 24 when they host Arizona State in a pacific-12 Conference dual at Gill Coliseum.
