EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon head women's basketball coach Kelly Graves announced Wednesday the signing of three players inside the top 70 of the espnW's Top 100 Class of 2023 rankings to National Letters of Intent, as the Ducks inked four-star prospects Sofia Bell (No. 26), Sammie Wagner (No. 42) and Sarah Rambus (No. 66).
Bell (Portland, Ore.) is a 6-foot-1 guard while Wagner (San Antonio, Texas) is a 6-foot-1 wing and Rambus (Flint, Mich.) is a 6-foot-3 forward. According to ESPN.com on Wednesday, Oregon came in as the nation's 16th-best recruiting class.
"Collectively, this is a great class for us," said Graves. "We've added three long, versatile players who are each highly skilled. But most importantly, they are competitive players, great students and are the kinds of people that fit our culture and will be outstanding representatives of the University of Oregon."
Sofia Bell, 6-1, G, Portland, Ore. (Jesuit HS)
The No. 26 overall ranked recruit in the country in the espnW Top 100 … Rated a four-star prospect according to ESPN … Ranked No. 5 among all wings in the class and top player in the state of Oregon by ESPN … During her sophomore season at St. Mary's Academy, she averaged 19.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists … Shot 41 percent from the field and 32 percent from three … Joined the Cal Stars, a top AAU club team in Northern California … She helped lead the team to a Nike Girls Elite Youth Basketball national title in 2021 … Will play her senior season in 2022-23 at Jesuit High School in Portland … First prep female player in Oregon to sign NIL deal, signing with the lifestyle apparel brand Portland Gear in October … Father Greg played basketball at Oregon from 1981-85.
Graves on Bell: Sofia is a perfect fit for our program and how we play. She's a long, versatile guard who can play any backcourt position. She's an elite 3-point shooter but can also create for herself and her teammates. Sofia is considered one of the best defenders in country, as well. A legacy, Sofia's father Greg played basketball at Oregon.

Sarah Rambus 6-3, F, Flint, Mich. (IMG Academy (Fla.))
Ranked No. 66 overall in the nation in the Class of 2022 in the espnW top 100 … A four-star recruit according to ESPN … The 11th-ranked forward in the class and top-rated player in the state of Michigan by ESPN … Played her junior season at Flushing High School (Mich.) and averaged 16.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.0 three blocks, 1.7 steals and 1.4 assists per game en route to earning Associated Press Division I all-state first team accolades … Helped Flushing to an 18-4 record and the Flint Metro League … Shot 49.5 perfect from the field and 33.3 percent on 57 3-point attempts as a junior … Spent the first three seasons of her prep career on Flushing's varsity squad before transferring to IMG Academy (Fla.) ahead of her senior season in 2022-23.
Graves on Rambus: Sarah has a great competitive spirit. She's a versatile player who can play inside and out with great length, which is always a positive. She can be a defensive presence and is a good shot blocker. She's an amazing teammate, always supporting her teammates and she has huge upside.

Ranked No. 42 nationally in the espnW Top 100 in the Class of 2022 … A four-star prospect according to ESPN … The No. 8 overall wing player in the class and third-highest recruit in the state of Texas by ESPN … Named to the 2021-22 MaxPreps Junior All-America Honorable Mention Team … Averaged 25.9 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 blocks a game as a junior at Ronald Reagan High School … Shot 43.2% from the field her junior season Helped lead Reagan to the bi-district round of the Class 6A playoffs … Put up 24 points and 19 rebounds against Cibolo Steele in the district playoffs … Tabbed 6A all-state by the Texas Association Basketball Coaches in 2020 … Originally committed to Baylor before also de-committing from Texas … In two games to begin her senior season, she is averaging 37.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 blocks per game after dropping 44 points against New Braunfels to put her over 2,000 career points on Tuesday.
Graves on Wagner: Sammie is a baller – she loves to play and is a real student of the game. We love her versatility and her ability to impact a game in multiple ways. I've always been impressed with her passing, as well as her ability to play pick-and-roll basketball. She competes and has always been a great teammate.
