Three Huskies were named to USA Softball's Junior Women's National Training Team, putting them on the 20-player roster that will compete across a variety of tournaments this year before a final 17-person roster is finalized in advance of the WBSC U-19 Women's Softball World Cup. Jadelyn Allchin, Madison Huskey, and Kelley Lynch will all be a part of the National Training Team, which is coached by Heather Tarr.

The Pac-12 Conference released its television schedule for the 2019 softball season, with the Washington Huskies set to be featured on the Pac-12 Network over 20 times. Washington, fresh off its second straight Women's College World Series trip, will have all but one of its 12 home Pac-12 games aired live on the Pac-12 Network, as well as three of its four road series.

The Washington Huskies signed four players in this year's recruiting class, including the nation's number one recruit, adding to the 2020 roster a crop of talented players around the diamond. Kelley Lynch, Jadelyn Allchin, Hannah Dardano, and Brooke Nelson will all join the Huskies for the 2020 season. All four of those players are ranked in the nation's top 50 recruits, led by the nation's top-ranked recruit in Lynch. Allchin, ranked 4th, is also among the top five recruits in the country, while Nelson is ranked 22nd and Dardano is ranked 44th.
