Stanford opened the 2016 season with a 26-13 victory over Kansas State at Stanford Stadium. Junior Christian McCaffrey finished with 126 yards rushing on 22 carries, caught seven passes for 40 yards, totaled 210 all-purpose yards and tallied two touchdowns. (Sept. 2, 2016)
